As victims of a
corrupt legal and judicial system in the State of
Alabama, I have spent eight years fighting the
system on behalf of my elderly mother, but to no
avail. Forced to learn the law, I have developed a
legal theory that is based on criminal conspiracy
and racketeering law civil RICO which is spelled
out in great detail in my attached legal brief, and
which I filed in Federal District Court only to have
it immediately thrown out because I sued the Probate
Court, judges, attorneys, and law firm
co-conspirators in a fraud scheme for the crimes
committed against us. At present, any judge can
strip any elderly person of his or her property and
financial assets without a reason, while denying his
victim access to an attorney or the right of due
process! Fundamental Constitutional rights were also
violated. My brief represents an attempt to create a
legal precedent for the protection of the financial
assets of all elderly citizens. If you have an
